蛎壳状二期梅毒疹误诊1例

摘　　要：患者女,35岁。躯干、四肢皮疹2个月,偶伴瘙痒。无银屑痛家族史,曾被误诊为"银屑病",治疗无效。胸背部真菌镜检(-),Auspitz征(-)。RPR 1:128(+),TPPA 1:640(+)。诊断:二期梅毒。苄星青霉素治疗3个月,电话随访,患者全身皮疹部分消退,现仍在随访中。A 35-year-old female presented with rashes on the trunk and limbs for two months. She had no family history of psoriasis and had been diagnosed as psoriasis at local hospital, and was treated with many drugs without any improvement. The Auspitz sign was negative. Direct microscopy showed no fungus on skin lesions on the chest and back. RPR was 1 ： 128 and TPPA was 1 ： 640. The diagnosis was made as secondary syphilis. The patient was treated with benzathine penicillin for 3 months. Telephone follow-up revealed that some skin lesions disappeared. Patient is still in follow-up.
