摘 要:以乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(vinyl triethoxy silane,VTES)为表面改性剂,对锑掺杂氧化锡(antimony doped tine oxide,ATO)纳米粉体进行表面改性制得ATO隔热浆料,利用激光粒度分析、沉降法、Fourier变换红外光谱、接触角测定、热重分析研究了改性前后纳米ATO浆料的分散稳定性及其表面改性机理,并采用紫外-可见光谱分析了该ATO透明隔热涂膜在紫外-可见-红近外光波段的透过率。结果表明:经VTES表面改性后,ATO浆料的分散性及稳定性明显改善,浆料中ATO粒子的平均粒径由改性前的221.0nm降至121.1nm,静置24h后相对沉降高度仍达96.3%;制成透明隔热涂料后,涂膜试样在可见光区的透光性和红外光区的屏蔽能力均明显提高。Antimony doped tine oxide (ATO) heat-insulating slurry was prepared with ATO nanopowders v/a surface modifica- tion by vinyl triethoxy silane (VTES). The dispersibility, stability and modification mechanisms of the slurries before and after surface modification were analyzed by laser particle size analysis, sedimentation, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, con- tact angle test and thermo-gravimetric analysis. The optical properties of ATO transparent heat-insulting coatings were charac- terized by ultra-visible-near infrared scanning spectrophotometry. The results show that after surface modification by VTES, the dispersibility and stability of the slurry are improved, the average particle size of ATO nanoparticles decreases from 221 to 121.1 nm, and the relative sedimentation heights still keeps as high as 96.3~//oo after sedimentation for 24 h. The transmittance of the visual light range and blocking ability of the near infrared light range of the ATO film could be enhanced after surface modification.
