摘  要:采用传统固相法制备了La2-x Srx NiMn1-x Sbx O6(x=0,0.04,0.08,0.12)陶瓷。研究了La2-x Srx NiMn1-x Sbx O6的晶体结构、电学性能和介电性能的变化规律。结果表明:随着Sr、Sb含量的增加,La2-x Srx NiMn1-x Sbx O6由单斜和菱形混合相逐渐变化成单斜相,交流电导率逐渐降低。锶锑共掺杂降低了La2NiMnO6的介电常数和损耗。La1.96Sr0.04NiMn0.96Sb0.04·O6的激活能略低于具有混合相结构的La2NiMnO6的激活能,但是指前因子比La2NiMnO6的低一个数量级。La2-x Srx NiMn1-xShxO6 ceramics were prepared by a conventional solid state route. The microstructures, electrical properties and dielectric properties of La2-x Srx NiMn1-xShxO6were investigated. The results show that a phase transition from monoclinic and rhombohedra mixed phases to single monoclinic phase occurs, and the AC conductivity decreases as Sr and Sb contents both increase. The dielectric constant and the dielectric loss of La2 NiMnO6 decrease due to the Sr-Sb codoping. The activation energie of La2-x Srx NiMn1-xShxO6 are slightly lower than those of La2 NiMnO6, but the pre-exponential factors are one order of magnitude lower than those of La2 NiMnO6.
