A型肉毒毒素微滴注射嫩肤53例临床疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的评价A型肉毒毒素微滴注射嫩肤的有效性及安全性。方法对53例成年女性的两侧颊部进行A型肉毒毒素微滴注射。每例患者在注射前，注射后即刻，注射后2周及1、3、4、5个月进行随访评价。结果术后2周，52例患者的皮肤质地均明显改善，总有效率和总满意度为98．11％，兀明显的不良反应发生；5个月后，疗效逐渐消失。结论A型肉毒毒素微滴注射可以有效改善皮肤质地，达到嫩肤的效果，其小良反应较轻。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of facial rejuvenation with microdrop injection of botulinum toxin type A. Methods Fifty-three adult women each received a single treatment with botuliMum toxin type A by microdrop injection in cheek area. Pictures were taken from each patient before injection and immediately, at 14, 30, 90, 120, 150 days after injection, with which the results were evaluated. Results The skin quality of all the 52 women was improved obviously at 2 weeks after injection. The total effective and satisfaction rate was 98. 11% without obvious complications. The effect disappeared at later 5 months. Conclusion It is effective and safe to resurface the facial skin by using microdrop injection of botulinum toxin type A.
