轧制角钢的最少蝶式孔型系统及其设计特点

摘  要:讨论了用2个蝶式孔型轧制角钢的最少蝶式孔型系统;介绍了凸平底蝶式切分孔型并分析了其变形规律,给出了计算变形量的回归方程,所研制的等宽度切分孔型设计方法具有切分对称性好、轧制负荷小等特点。利用该法设计的No.2.5~4角钢孔型已稳定地用于生产。The least number of butterfly-pass system for angles-rolling by use of two butterfly passes is discussed in this paper. A convex-bottomandflat-top splitting pass has been developed. The law of plastic flow in it has been analysed and regression equations for calculating deformations have been given. The splitting pass designed by the developed method of equal width has many advantages such as splitting well symmetrically, decreasing of rolling load etc. Qualified angles No. 2.5~4 have been rolled successfully by use of the pass system designed by this method and have been employed steadily in industrial production.
