HPLC法测定苎麻根中大黄素的含量

摘　　要：目的建立苎麻根中大黄素的含量测定方法。方法采用VP-ODS C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）色谱柱。以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（80∶20）为流动相;流速为1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长为254 nm。结果苎麻根中的大黄素含量在0.1014~0.5070μg范围内进样量与峰面积的线性关系良好（r=0.9999）;平均回收率为100.11%,RSD为1.11%。结论所建立的方法准确、灵敏、重复性好,可用于苎麻根的质量控制。[Abstrac] Objective To establish a method of determining hederagenin content in roots of Boehmeria nivea（Linn.） Gaud.. Methods VP-ODS C 18（4. 6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm） column was used. The mobile phase was methyl alcohol-0. 1% phosphonic acid solution（80∶ 20） at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results The linear relation of hyperin was good in the range from 0. 1014 to 0. 5070 μg. The average recovery was 100. 11%,and RSD was1. 11%. Conclusion This method is accurate,sensitive and good in reproducibility. It can be used for quality control of roots of Boehmeria nivea（Linn.） Gaud..
