摘　　要：目的建立脊痛宁胶囊中蛇床子素的含量测定方法。方法 HPLC法,色谱柱：Diamonsil（R）C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相：甲醇-水（68∶32）;流速：1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长：322 nm;柱温：40℃。结果蛇床子素在7.52~75.2μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999;回收率为101.30%,RSD为0.15%。结论本方法简便、准确,专属性强,测定结果重复性好,可用于脊痛宁中蛇床子素的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of osthole in extracts of Jitongning. Methods HPLC was applied. Diamonsil（R） C 18（250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm） was used as the chromatographic colum with methanol-water（68∶ 32） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1,which was determined under 322 nm. The column temperature was 40 ℃. Results The linear range of osthole was 7. 52-75. 2 μg·ml-1（r = 0. 9999） with an average recovery of 101. 30%（RSD = 0. 15%,n = 7）. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate,with good specificity and repeatability,which can serve as a scientific quantitative analysis method for Jitongning capsules.
