摘  要:本文在干滑动摩擦磨损条件下考查了GCr15钢和T8钢的原始组织硬度与耐磨性之间的关系。结果表明,材料的原始组织硬度与耐磨性之间无简单关系,说明现今主要以磨损前的原始组织硬度为依据考虑磨损结果的大多磨损表达式是片面的。在分析了钢的热强性、导热性等对磨损的影响后指出:应从摩擦金属学的观点建立新的考虑材料摩擦磨损动态变化的磨损理论。The relationship between original structural hardness and wear resistance of steels GCr15 and T8 under the condition of unlubricated sliding was studied. The results show that there are no simple relationship between them. This means most current wear equations in which original material hardness is considered as main parameter are one-sided. On basis of analysing the influence of hot strength, thermal conductivity etc. of steels on wear resistance, the authors indicate that a new wear theoretical equation in which dynamic changes during friction and wear should be considered from the point of view of tribological metallography.
