摘　　要：多形性日光疹是特发性光线性皮肤病中最常见的一种,好发于中青年妇女。目前认为由紫外线诱发产生的抗原介导的免疫反应及迟发型超敏反应是发病的关键因素,但其具体病因学和发病机理仍然不清楚。本文就有关的免疫机制进行综述。Polymorphous light eruption （PLE） is the most common disease of the idiopathic photodermatoses, and occurs in the females. Its etiology and pathogenesis remain unclear now and is considered to be mainly associated with the ultraviolet -induce immuno- logical reaction and delayed type hypersensitivily. The immunologic pathogenesis of PLE were reviewed in this paper.
