摘　　要：目的观察升降散治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法将83例急性胰腺炎患者随机分成2组,对照组41例,给予常规西医治疗,治疗组42例在常规治疗基础上辅以鼻饲升降散(僵蚕、蝉蜕、姜黄等)。比较2组治疗前后临床症状改善情况,血清WBC、CRP、TNF-A、IL-6、淀粉酶、血清Ca2+指标变化。结果治疗第7天治疗组患者的血清指标水平明显低于对照组;治疗组临床症状缓解时间较对照组明显缩短。结论升降散联合西医治疗急性胰腺炎可显著减轻炎性反应,改善临床症状及预后。Objective The curative effect in the treatment of acute pancreatitis combined with the observation of Shengjiang Powder of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Methods 83 cases of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into 2 groups,41 cases in the control group, treated with conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group of 42 cases on the basis of routine treatment with nasal Shengjiang powder. Compared two groups before and after treatment of clinical symptoms,the changes of serum WBC,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,serum amylase,Ca2＋ index.Results in the treatment of seventh patients in the treatment group the serum indexes were significantly lower than the control group;the treatment group of clinical symptoms time significantly shorter than the control group. Conclusion The treatment of acute pancreatitis with Shengjiang Powder of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can significantly reduce the inflammatory reaction, and improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis.
