摘　　要：目的采用经肛门内外括约肌间沟内口段瘘管结扎，外口段瘘管手捻内裹黄升药线拖线引流结合垫棉法治疗单纯性肛瘘，探索其有效性及安全性，明确该新术式的优缺点。方法采取静脉麻醉或局部麻醉，取侧卧位；探针从外口深入，从内口穿出；电刀沿内外括约肌间沟做一长约2—3cm的切口；钝性分离括约肌间痿管；缝扎肌间瘘管内口侧；探针为引导将手捻内裹黄升药线拖入瘘管，一头自外口处探头，一头自括约肌间沟切口处探出；保持引流通畅。结果1例患者复发，经2次行肛瘘切除术后治愈。结论经括约肌间沟内口结扎外口拖线术治疗单纯性肛瘘具有操作简便，术后并发症少，尤其在保护括约肌功能上具有明显优势。Objectives To treat simple anal fistula with the Internal thread ligation and external thread-dragging passing through the ditch between the sphincters. The external thread was drainaged with handmade Huang Sheng Medicine line. To explore the availability and safety, we are sure of merit and demerit of the new surgical treatment. Methods With the intravenous anesthesia or local anesthesia, patient take a lateral position. Use probe from external thread into internal thread.Electrotome make a incision along the Ditch between the sphincter, about two-three cm. Separate fistula between the sphincter, suture the internal thread, drag the medicated thread into fistula with the help of probe. Make the medicated thread one end in external thread, the other end in the internal thread, Keep drips fluid. Result one of the patients has relapse, then healed after the second time treatment. Conclusion The operation are easy and simple to handle with less postoperative complications. It has an obvious advantage in protecting the sphincter function.
