摘　　要：目的观察电针配合特定电磁波治疗仪治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法分别以血海、阴陵泉,梁丘、阳陵泉为组加电针配合特定电磁波照射治疗,观察1个疗程(10次)后评价疗效。结果显效12例,有效23例,无效5例,总有效率8715%。结论电针配合特定电磁波治疗膝骨关节炎,能有效缓解疼痛,改善膝关节功能。Objective To observe the curative effect of the treatment of electroacupuncture and the special elctromagnetic therapeutic apparatus（short for TDP）on knee osteoarthritis.Methods xuehai,Yinlingquan; Liangqiu,Yanglingquan are respectively divided into two groups and treated with electroacupu ncture and TDP, then evaluated the curative effect after a course of the treatment （10 times）. Results The total effective rate was 87.5%, 12 cases were significantly improved, 23 cases improved, 5 cases are non-effective. Conclusion Through the observation, the treatment of electroacupuncture and TDP for knee osteoarthritis can effectively alleviate the pain and improve the function of knee joint.
