针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究近况

摘　　要：针灸综合疗法逐渐成为治疗神经根型颈椎病的主要方法,因其治疗方法多样,副作用小,可以优势互补,多角度、多靶点治疗,可以缩短疗程,提高疗效;但目前临床研究的疗效评价标准不规范、不统一,相互间疗效可比性差,应进一步制定统一、规范的疗效评价标准,加强多中心、大样本的临床研究,建立针灸综合治疗神经根型颈椎病的诊疗规范;并应加强神经根型颈椎病治疗机制的研究,提高诊疗水平。Acupuncture complex therapy has gradually become the main method for the treatment of cervical spondylosis （CSR） for its diversity, less side effects, complementary advantages. This multi - angle and multi - target therapy can improve the curative effect and shorten the course of treatment, but its curative effect evaluation and clinical research standards are not standardized and the mutual effect can not be compared. We should formulate a unified standard of curative effect evaluation, strengthen the multicenter and large ample study, and establish standard of diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture in the treatment of CSR. At the same time, we should strengthen the mechanism of CSR treatment and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.
