摘 要:利用等离子发射光谱仪测定镨钕镝合金中La、Ce、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu和Y的含量,测定范围0.05%~0.5%。通过不同实验,选择各测定元素合适的分析谱线、测定方式及基体浓度,并确定该方法的检出限。在基体元素配分比例不同时,验证了方法的适用性。通过精密度实验、加料回收实验及不同实验室间的数据比对,证明此方法可准确测定镨钕镝合金中稀土杂质元素的含量。各元素的相对标准偏差均小于6%,回收率在98%~104%之间,满足分析检测的要求。This paper studies the methods for determination of La, Ce, Sin, Eu, Gd, Tb, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu and Y con- tents in praseodymium neodymium dysprosium alloy by ICP - AES. Suitable ananlytical spectral lines for the elements were se- lected, matrix matching method was used to remove the matrix interference, and the method detection limits were defined. The applicability of the method was verified through investigation of analytical error caused by change of matrix element diatribu- tion. The results of precision test, recovery test and comparision with other methods show that the impurities in Pr - Nd - Dy alloy can be accurately determined by this method. The relative standard deviation of each element is less than 6% which can meet the detection requirements.
