摘 要:研究了以脱硫石膏-矿渣粉-水泥复合胶凝材料体系为胶凝材料的泡沫混凝土性能及其主要影响因素。结果表明,适当提高水胶比,有助于泡沫混凝土起泡性和稳泡性。掺加硫铝酸盐水泥和水玻璃的泡沫混凝土性能劣化,这两种材料不适合应用于泡沫混凝土制备中。掺加适量甲基纤维素、减水剂可较好地改善泡沫混凝土的性能。经优化研究可得到容重低于1000kg/m3,强度大于6MPa的脱硫石膏泡沫混凝土。This paper mainly studies on the properties of foamed concrete which uses desulfurization gypsum-ground slag-cement composite system as cementitious material and its main influence factors. The results show that, increasing ratio of water to cementitious material helps to im- prove the foamability and foam stability . Adding sulphoaluminate cement and sodium silicate into foam concrete deteriorates properties of it, which preans the two kinds of additive are not suitable to be applied to preparation of foamed concrete. However, methyl cellulose and water reduc- ing agent can effectively improve its properties. Optimized foamed concrete whose density is less than 1000kg/m3 and strength is greater than 6MPa can be acquired.
