摘  要:为确保超声探伤仪在探伤过程中的可靠性,提高其检测数据的可信度,基于VC++平台,以工控机为核心,设计了一款超声探伤仪接收端性能参数检测系统,实现了探伤仪接收端各项特性参数的检测。系统采用PCI-5124采集卡对测试接收端的输入输出信号进行采集,并实现界面设计和采集卡驱动程序以及各项参数检测方法的研究与设计。测试结果表明:系统很好地实现了接收端放大器的频率响应带宽、输入阻抗、等效输入噪声、动态范围、串扰度、阻塞时间等参数的检测。In order to ensure the reliability of ultrasonic flaw detector during the detecting process and enhance the credi- bility while testing data, a system is designed for detecting the flaw detector performance parameters of the receiving end, and the testing of parameters for detector characteristics of the receiving port is achieved. The core of the system is the IPC, using acquisition card PCI -5124 to collect output signal of detector' s transmitter. Based on VC + + , interfaces are de- signed and the design of driver of acquisition card is achieved better and also the design of detection algorithm which has va- rious parameters. Test results show that the system completes testing parameters better, such as the frequency response band- width, input impedance, equivalent input noise, dynamic range, crosstalk, and blocking time.
