犬乳腺癌的病理组织学诊断

摘　　要：研究旨在通过对病犬乳腺肿瘤的病理组织学检查来确定肿瘤的性质、癌巢结构、肿瘤细胞的异型性,恶性程度等,探讨犬乳腺癌的病理组织学变化。利用苏木素-伊红(HE)染色,在光学显微镜下观察发现病犬患有乳腺癌。根据组织病理学方法确诊此病犬肿瘤为腺癌,且其恶性程度较高,与人类及其它哺乳动物乳腺肿瘤有较大的差异。Histopathology examination of mammary gland cancer of canine was discussed by confirming the property of tumor, cancer nest structure, morphology of tumor cells （atypia）, degree of malignancy.After stained by hematoxylin-eosin （HE） and Schiff＇s solution （PAS）, mammary gland cancer was observed with light microscope and confirmed by pathological examination. It had higher degree of malignancy, and greater difference compared to that of human and other mammals.
