摘 要:探讨以表面光滑的小砾石作为原材料,在施工中实现AC小砾石路面表面粗集料密集间隙小,满足不渗水且摩擦系数要求μ(wet)=0.4的条件。通过多次试验施工,采用普通埃索70#沥青、高黏改性沥青、30%湖沥青+70%高黏改性沥青3种沥青油分别拌制沥青混合料,得出施工最佳混合料。摊铺完成后对AC小砾石路面表面分别用抛丸机打磨、喷砂施工、轮胎打磨3种方法对比施工得出最佳的一种方法,使AC小砾石路面表面摩擦因数μ(wet)最接近0.4值。The article discusses the smooth surface of small gravel used as the raw material in order to realize the conditions that the dense gap of coarse aggregate on AC small gravel road surface is small, and satisfies the no-water penetration and the μ(wet)=0.4 of frictional coefficient in the construction. In the test constructions for many times, three asphaltic oils of Ordinary Esso 70# asphalt, high-viscosity modified asphalt and 30% lake asphalt + high-viscosity modified asphalt are used separately to mix the asphalt mixtures. The optimized mixture is achieved for the construction. After paved, the surface of AC small gravel pavement is constructed by three methods of shot blasting machine, sandblasting and tyre polishing grinding.An optimized method is achieved after comparison to make the surface friction coefficient μ(wet) of AC small gravel pavement mostly close to 0.4 value.
