HPLC法同时测定利脑心胶囊中丹参素和原儿茶醛的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定利脑心胶囊中两种活性成分丹参素和原儿茶醛含量的分析方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Inertsil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸(5:95)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为280 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:丹参素浓度在18.42~110.53μg·ml^(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率98.41%,RSD=1.08%(n=9);原儿茶醛浓度在0.49~2.95μg·ml^(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均加样回收率99.57%,RSD=2.14%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可用于利脑心胶囊质量控制。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde in Linaoxin capsules.Method：The HPLC was performed on an Inertsil C18 column and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% glacial acetic acid aqueous solution（5：95）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml ？ min-1,the detection wavelength was 280nm and the temperature of column was 30℃.Result：The calibration curve of sodium danshensu was linear within the range of 18.42-110.53μg？ml-1（r = 0.999 8）,and the average recovery was 98.41%with RSD of 1.08%（n =9）.The calibration curve of protocatechuic aldehyde was linear within the range of 0.49-2.95 μg？ml-1（r = 0.999 6）,the average recovery was 99.57%with RSD of 2.14%（n = 9）. Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,and can be used in the quality control of Linaoxin capsules.
