多指标综合评价法在水电移民生产生活水平评价中的应用研究

摘　　要：随着我国经济社会的发展及水电工程移民安置工作的深入和细化,移民生产和生活水平评价工作越来越重要,也越来越受到社会各方得重视。为进一步规范和统一移民生产、生活水平评价的程序和方法,使评价工作更加科学、客观,以及评价结果更具有客观性和有效性,提出采用多指标综合评价法对水电工程移民生产、生活水平进行现状评价和预测评价,从而分析移民生产生活水平是否能够达到并超过原有水平。With the economic and social developments and the deepening and refining of hydropower projects resettlement in China, the evaluation of resettled immigrant＇s production and living standards becomes increasingly important and attracts more and more public attention. This study aims at further standardization and unification of the procedure and methods of the evaluation to make its approach more scientific and objective and its results more objective and effective. This paper presents a multi-index comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the present and future situations of the immigrant＇s production and living standards, and thus by this method we can analyze whether the standards can reach and exceed their original levels.
