科技统计应成为哲学社会科学科研管理创新的有效途径——以中国社会科学院为例

摘　　要：科技统计对科研管理具有重要意义,它可以为科研机构的日常决策、制订规划等提供依据。本文试图通过对中国社会科学院科技统计、尤其是其中科研统计工作现状的梳理,分析当前工作中存在的问题,提出解决的对策,探索哲学社会科学科研管理创新的路径,促进科研机构科研管理工作水平的不断提高。The paper analyzes the current status of the statistical sciences and technology work and points out its problem taking Chinese Academy of Social Sciences(CASS) as an example.The author underlined several points:firstly,the statistical sciences and technology should become an effective approach to innovation of management for philosophy and social sciences research;secondly,we should establish a sound mechanism of the statistical sciences and technology;thirdly,we can built innovative web system platform;fourthly,it is very important to have a stable and professional ranks of the statistical sciences and technology.
