摘  要:本文综述薄板坯连铸的基本特点即板坯薄、拉速快、坯温高,以及由此而引起的与传统板坯连铸工艺及设备的区别;分析了目前几种典型机型及技术发展趋势,指出薄板坯连铸技术将沿着以下三方面发展:最大限度地节约能源,可靠地生产无缺陷高温坯,简化设备及工艺流程,并建议发展我国薄板坯连铸技术,应采取立足于自立更生,同时抓引进,力争在90年代全面掌握这一成套技术。Basic characteristics of thin slab casting (TSC) and their distinctions from convertional slab casting both in technology and e quipment are discussed. Several typical casters and their developing tendency of technique are analyzed. It is pointed out that TSC will be developed in three aspects saving energy producing slabs of no defects and simplifing equipment and process. It is suggested that to make progress for TSC technique in China it needs to work on self-reliance. And, at the same time, importing some new techniques is also needed.
