摘　　要：审视中国农村土地产权制度的发展和沿革,土地产权制度对国民经济有着深远的影响。分析现行农村集体土地产权制度存在的制度缺陷,可以发现,我国农地产权制度改革的核心问题在于要"还权于民",对农村土地制度改革,要顺应中国的历史和社会背景,完善集体建设用地流转制度。The development and evolution of China＇s rural land property fights system have profound impacts on the national economy. Analysis of deficiencies in the rural collective land ownership shows that the core issue of agricultural land ownership reform is＂giving back the power to people＂. The rural land system reform should comply with China＇s historical and social background, improving collective construction land system.
