摘 要:本文介绍实验室研究脱硫过程粉剂中炭的作用,采用配有活性炭和不配炭的两组粉剂的试验结果,粉剂中的炭在脱硫过程中燃烧,减少了铁水中碳的烧损,但对铁水脱硫没有明显效果。将实验室结果应用于武汉钢铁公司70tKR预处理装置的结果与实验室结论吻合。铁水脱硫处理费用降低1.95¥/t。The role of the carbon in the desulphurizing fluxes was described. Two groups of fluxes were used, containing active carbon and carbon-free respectively. Experimental results have shown that the carbon in the fluxes burnt off, decreasing the drop of carbon in hot metal, but exerted no substantial effect on desulfurization. The laboratory results were applied to a 70 ton ladle of KR process at Wuhan Iron and Stael Co. The production practice has shown excellent agreement with the laboratory conclusions. Production cost of hot metal can be lowered by 1.95 yuan/ton in comparison with that for the active carbon-containing powders.
