摘 要:从苏联到俄罗斯联邦,工会进行了彻底转型,它从苏共党的助手还原成本质的社会组织身份,其主要职能从管理生产转变成保护劳动者的合法权益。当代俄罗斯独立工联继承了苏联工会的物质、文化遗产,但不再带有政治色彩,工联独立于任何政党,它主要活跃在社会领域之中。随着俄罗斯的全面转型,工会也探索自身的发展方向,但是转型后的工会受到组织内部的弊病和外部因素的消极影响处境尴尬。From Soviet Union to Russian Federation,the trade union of Russia has transformed.It reverted from the assistant of the Communist Party of Soviet Union(CPSU) to its own identity of a social organization,whose primary function changed from managing production into protecting labor rights and interests.Russian Independent Federation of Trade Union have got material and cultural inheritance from preceding trade union of Soviet Union,but in it without political complexion,it achieved independence from any parties and now it quite acts in social areas.Accompany with Russian total transformation,the trade union has to search for its own direction of development.While it is a pity,after transformation,internal problems and external factors impacted on Russian trade union,what make trade union in embarrassing situation.
