摘　　要：在社会建设、社会管理体制创新的背景下,专业社会工作的引入有助于构建服务型工会,二者具有结合的基础:本质上有契合性、制度上有支持、工会具有服务职工的传统与经验。工会引入社会工作已有一些实践上的探索,但在发展中要注意二者的边界问题、工会系统对社会工作不了解的问题、社会工作自身有待提升的问题等。Under the background of social construction and innovation of social administration system, as the biggest mass organi- zation of China, trade union should play an important role. To introduce professional social work contributes to build up service type trade union. Trade unions of China have some experiences of introducing social work, but some problems need be paid attention to, such as the boundary between trade union work and social work, trade union＇ s inscienee of social work, and social work has much room for improvement.
