摘 要:企业社会工作"工会模式"的建构是专业社会工作嵌入现有社会体制的过程。政府、工会、高校是该模式的三元构建主体,政府创建制度环境,工会提供介入平台,高校输送专业资源。"工会模式"的发展是企业员工需求、企业需求与社会工作主客体交互作用的过程,也是"工人发展模式"实务推进的结果。从本质上看,中国企业社会工作"工会模式"的形成与发展是社会工作根据不断变化的外部环境做出的能动回应,也是社会工作者根据环境变化与情景需求采取的实际行动,它为社会工作本土化发展积累了知识与经验。The trade union model of social work in enterprise is constructed. It is a process that the professional social work embed- ded in the existing social system. Government, trade unions, universities are the main actors of the ternary mode, the government creates the institutional environment, trade unions provides intervention of the platform, colleges transfer professional re- sources. The development of "union model" is the process of subjective and objective interaction which involves enterprise employ- ees needs, business needs and social work, also it is the result of promoting practices on the model of "workers' development model" . In essence, the formation and development of Chinese "union model" of social work in enterprise is a dynamic response which the social work makes based on the changing external environment, also it is the practical action which social worker takes based on environmental changes and situational needs. It is the accumulation of knowledge and experience for localization of social work.
