摘 要:以邻苯二甲酸酐、尿素、二水合二氯亚锡为原料,氯化铵为催化剂,采用固相法合成酞菁锡(Ⅱ),并用元素分析、IR、XPS、XRD对其进行表征。考察了反应物配比、催化剂质量、反应温度和时间对产率的影响,寻找出最佳合成条件为n(邻苯二甲酸酐)∶n(尿素)∶n(二水合氯化亚锡)=5∶15∶1,以钼酸铵为催化剂,加入反应器中,用水蒸汽冷凝回流,在150℃反应1 h后,升温到260℃,继续反应1 h,收率达到93.18%。Metal phthalocyanies are known not only as classical dyes in practical use but also as modern functional materials. However, tin phthalocyanine (SnPc) is not reported up to now. In this paper, tin phthalocyanine is synthesized by the solid reaction of phthalic anhydride and carbamide using ammonium molybdate as catalyzer. The structure is characerizaed by elemental analyst, XRD, XPS and IR. The effects of molar ratio of materials, catalyzer, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of tin phthalocyanines are examined. The optimal reaction conditions are obtained as follows :5: 15:1 of n( Phthalic anhydride): n(carbamide) : n( stannous chloride) , reaction mixture at 150℃ for 1 hour and then at 260℃ for 1 hour. The yield of product is 93. 18%.
