组合式气液分离器的结构研究

摘　　要：介绍了重力沉降式、碰撞式、过滤式和旋流式4种气液分离器,并分别对其分离过程及机理进行了简单描述。开发了组合式多级分离器,并对其结构进行了研究,分析了各分离元件。该组合式多级分离器可在气液分离器内实现交互式多级分离,以提高气液分离器效率。Four gas-liquid separators including gravity type, bumping type, filter type and spiral-flow type are introduced. The separation process and mechanism are briefly described. Combined gas-liquid separators are developed as well. Their structures are studied and tile components are analyzed. Interactive multistage separation is formed in these combined gas-liquid separators to improve separation efficiency.
