摘 要:采用旋转盘反应器光催化降解苯酚质量浓度为500 mg/L的模拟含酚废水,通过黏结剂法制备了TiO2催化剂薄膜,考察并对比了催化剂在悬浮和负载状态下转盘转速、光强、溶液初始pH和投加H2O2等因素对光催化苯酚降解率的影响。结果表明,在转盘转速为100 r/min,光强为11.35 mW/cm2,pH为6.5,H2O2投加量为8 mL的情况下处理2 h苯酚降解率可以达到95%以上。催化剂负载状态下与悬浮状态下苯酚降解率接近,且催化剂的负载解决了催化剂难以分离回收、用量大等问题。TiO2 catalyst film is prepared by binder method for photocatalytic degradation of the phenolic wastewater in a rotating disk reactor. The concentration of phenol wastewater is 500 mg,/L. The influences of rotating speed, light intensity ,initial pH and added H202 on photocatalytic degradation of phenol wastewater are discussed and compared, when the catalyst respectively in suspension and load condition. The results show that phenol removal rate can reach 95% under the following condition : 100 r/min of rotating speed, I 1.35 mW/cm2 of light intensity, 6. 5 of pH value, 8 mL of H2 02 dosage and 2 hours of treating time. Phenol degradation rate in the catalyst loading system is close to that in catalyst suspension system. Moreover, the catalyst loading type is beneficial to separate and recovery of catalysts and reduction of catalyst amount.
