摘 要:针对一种通过对传统的锚式搅拌结晶器的搅拌桨和罐底形状进行改进,并增加了导流筒和挡板,从而制造出的新型搅拌冷却结晶器,采用计算流体力学方法,分别对新型搅拌结晶器搅拌转速为30、60、90 r/min以及60 r/min时锚式搅拌结晶器内的搅拌混合过程进行数值模拟研究,并结合实验加以验证。经研究发现,使用该新型搅拌结晶器获得的晶体收率以及晶体纯度都优于传统锚式搅拌结晶器。Crystallization process is the important unit operation in food, medicine and chemical industry. The crystallization equipments have been widely used in many industries. The research method for crystallizer has been changed from simple experimental study to the method computer simulation combined with experiment in recent yea~. As the representative simulation method for studying crystallizer, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) has been widely applied. A new kind of stirring cooling crystallizer is developed by Nanjing Highke Bioengineering Equipment Company based on the traditional anchor crystallizer. The numerical simulation of the mixing process in the new type stirring crystallizer is performed when stirring speed is 30 r/min ,60 r/min and 90 r/rain and 60 r/rain ,which is also verified by the experimental study. The results show that in comparison with traditional anchor stirring crystallizer, the new type stirring crystallizer has crystals with better yield and purity.
