摘　　要：高碳经济转向低碳经济、"福特制"转向"温特制"、"互联网"转向"物联网"的新条件下,国际金融手段正在发生大的变革。"碳币体系"正在吸引传统"石油美元"的注意力,"Q币"、"比特币"等虚拟货币正在应运而生广为流行,简约及时的"供应链融资"正在取代传统银行融资模式,企业和银行的融资功能的界限正在变得模糊。本文在讨论这些变革之间的逻辑联系之后,还展望了"精确物物交换"的未来货币变革前景。Along with the new tendencies that are from high carbon to low carbon, from fordism to wintelism, from internet to internet of things, the international system of money and banking is experiencing abig change. Low carbon paradigm is becoming more attractive than that of the traditional petrodollars. Virtual currencies i.e. Q currency and Bit currency are arising at the historic moment and being widely accepted. Supply chain financing character by simple and just in time is taking of the traditional Banking mode. The financing boundary between firm and bank is becoming fuzzy. Following revealing the logic relations beneath the changes mentioned above this paper discusses ＂the accurate bartering＂ for the evolution outlook of currency paradigm.
