摘 要:针对全桥单相升压逆变器中移相控制产生的占空比丢失问题,提出了将高频变压器和耦合滤波电感进行集成的磁集成结构,集成磁件不仅减小了体积提高了逆变器功率密度,还能快速消减原边循环电流进而减少占空比丢失以降低谐波含量,保证逆变器输出电能质量。推导了高频变压器和双电感集成结构的数学模型,分析了采用了集成磁件的DC/DC级的移相全桥电路的工作原理,包括开关模态分析和减少占空比丢失的原理,并分析了DC/AC级逆变桥输出交流电的工作原理。通过实验样机验证了逆变器的功能特性,采用集成磁件后,体积明显减小,效率大于85%,谐波含量小于5%,性能满足要求。The magnetic structure of doubled inductors and high frequency transformer was proposed ac- cording to the problem of the duty loss caused by shift phase control method in single phase step-up in- verter. The integrated magnetics not only reduced the volume and increased the power density of inverter, but also decreased the primary current to reduce the duty loss, and then the high output power quality was achieved. The mathematic model of the integrated structure of high frequency transformer and two induc- tors was derived, and the operation of shift phase full bridge in DC/DC stage with the integrated magnet- ics was analyzed including the mode analyses and principle of reducing duty loss, and the operation of DC/AC stage which outputted the alternating current was analyzed too. A prototype inverter was made and the experimental results verify the functions of inverter. The volume is reduced when the integrated mag- netics are adopted, and the efficiency is higher than 85 % and the value of total harmonic distortion is less than 5 %, and the performance meets the demands.
