摘 要:在环境压力巨大的21世纪,废物资源化利用成为减轻环境压力的一种新型途径。废电路板(Wasted Printed Circuit Boards,WPCBs)是一种危害与价值并存的有机板材,研究一种使其金属与非金属部分都得以回收的的技术有着重要意义。对近年来国内外处理废旧电路板的技术方法进行分析,并对各类方法的优缺点进行客观评价,发现我国废电路板资源化技术中铜的最高回收率可达99.6%,其纯度高达99.8%,金、银、铁、锌、铝的最高回收率分别可达到94.5%、59.8%、74.4%、93.2%和88.2%;非金属部分主要用于制备活性炭和无机、复合材料等。微波热解处理技术凭借其独特的优点成为最具有发展前景的处理技术之一。In the 21th century, waste recycling has become a new way to alleviate environmental pressures. The wasted printed circuit boards (WPCBs) are a kind of organic boards associated with hazardous materi- als and the value of reutilization. It is important to find a new method to recycle the metal and nonmetal parts. According to the technological analysis of the WPCBs at home and abroad recently, an objective e- valuation of the advantages and disadvantages was made which showed that the best recovery rate of copper reached 99.6% and the purity of Cu reached 99.8%, and the best recovery rate of Au, Ag,Fe,Sn,A1 reached 94.5%.59.8%.74.4%.59. 82% and 74. 4% respectively. The non-metallic parts were mainly used for the preparation of activated carbon, inorganic and composite materials and so on. With its unique advantage, the microwave pyrolysis technology becomes one of the most prospective technologies.
