摘　　要：文章根据井身结构设计依据和原则,对设计过程中的各种不确定因素加以详细分析,主要包括地质必封点不确定性、地层压力体系不确定性和设计系数的波动性。综合考虑这些不确定因素对设计的影响,提出井身结构设计应该是一种动态过程,设计的结果应该在某一范围内而不是唯一值。According to the basis and principles of casing program design, the paper made a detailed analysis of various uncertain factors in the design process, which included geological sealing point uncertainty, formation pressure uncertainty and design factor volatility. Considering these uncertainties, proposing the casing program design should be dynamic. On this premise of meeting the efficient, safe, high-quality drilling, design results should not be unique.
