摘  要:对传统实验"α-苯乙胺的制备"进行了改进,引入水分离器来避免苯乙酮的蒸出,利用低毒性的乙酸乙酯作为萃取溶剂体现了实验的绿色环保,利用溶剂萃取、洗涤的方法代替了水蒸汽蒸馏,缩短了反应时间,提高了实验学时效率。In the paper, the traditional experimental teaching method of"preparation of u-phenylehtylamine" is improved. By introducing Water knockout trap to avoid the acetophenone was distilled from the reactor and using environmental-friendly solvents- ethyl acetate and light petroleum to extract the product and the intermediate product. The steam distillation was replace by solvent extraction which shorten the experimental time. An excellent experimental teaching effect has been obtained by applying the improved method into the undergraduate experiment teaching.
