墨脱齿甲触角感器的扫描电镜观察

摘　　要：利用扫描电镜对墨脱齿甲Uloma metogana Ren et Yin雌雄成虫的触角感器进行观察,结果表明:墨脱齿甲雌雄成虫的触角差异很大,具有明显的性二型现象,并发现墨脱齿甲成虫的触角感器共6类,分别为毛形感器(TS)、鳞形感器(QS)、板形感器(PS)、栓锥形感器(StS)、腔锥形感器(CoS)和桑椹形感器(MS),其中MS为雄性墨脱齿甲所特有的一类感器,仅分布在雄性触角鞭节的第5亚节内侧,而其余5种类型在雌雄虫的触角上均有分布.Morphology of antennal sensilla of Uloma metogana Ren et Yin was electron microscope. The results showed that the antenna of adult male was distin of female. Six types of sensilla were observed on the antennae of U. metogana. observed with scanning ctly different from that They were sensilla tri- chodea, sensilla squamiformia, sensilla placodea, sensilla styloconica, sensilla coeloconica and sensilla mulberricum. Among them, the sensilla mulberricum was a special type of U. metogana, and only on antenna of male.
