Interspecific association of dominant species in Elaeagnus umbellata community in Shanxi

摘  要:基于2×2联列表,应用方差比率法、χ2检验、Pearson相关系数及Spearman秩相关系数检验等数量分析方法对山西牛奶子群落的25个优势种,共300个种对间的关联性进行分析研究。结果表明,25个优势种群的总体种间关联性呈不显著关联,种的分布相对独立。χ2检验结果有121个种对呈正相关,155个种对呈负相关,正负关联比为0.78;Pearson相关系数检验有111个种对呈正相关,189个种对呈负相关,正负关联比为0.59;Spearman秩相关系数检验有128个种对呈正相关,172个种对呈负相关,正负关联比为0.74;Spearman秩相关系数比Pearson相关系数的检验方法灵敏度更高。山西牛奶子群落总体上呈不显著负关联,表明其处于演替过程的初期。Based on the 2 × 2 contingency table,and by adopting χ2-test,variance ratio( VR),Pearson's correlation,and Spearman's rank correlation,a quantitative study was conducted on the interspecific association among the 300 species pairs of 25 dominant species in Elaeagnus umbellata community in Shanxi of China. The analysis showed that the overall interspecific association of the 25 dominant species was not significant,and the species distribution was relatively independent. The χ2test showed that there were 121 species pairs in positive association,and 155 species pairs in negative association,with the association ratio was 0. 78. The Pearson's correlation coefficient test showed that 111 species pairs were in positive association,and 189 species pairs were in negative association,with the association ratio was 0. 59. The Spearman's rank correlation coefficient test showed that 128 species pairs were in positive association, and 172 species pairs were in negative association,with the association ratio was 0. 74. Spearman rank correlation was more sensitive than the Pearson correlation. The results indicated that Elaeagnus umbellata community in Shanxi was at the early stage of succession.
