摘 要:提出了柔性机构耦合振动的谐振可靠性分析方法,给出了柔性机构谐振可靠性分析的广义模型。通过柔性机构的虚拟样机仿真实验确定机构运动规律和耦合振动频率分布特性,利用蒙特卡罗方法求解柔性构件的固有频率以及分布特性,进而通过干涉方法求出柔性机构的谐振可靠度。以空间站柔性展开机构为例进行谐振可靠性分析。计算结果表明:该方法对于求解柔性机构谐振可靠性问题十分有效。The aim of the research is to present syntony reliability analysis methodology of flexible mechanism. A general model of syntony reliability was introduced for flexible mechanism analysis. First, the kinetic regulation and statistical distribution of frequency response were calculated with vir- tual prototype simulation of flexible mechanism. Then, natural frequency and statistical distribution of flexible component were computed with Monte Carlo method. Finally, the syntony reliability was gained with interferential method. As an example, the expand mechanism model of space station was employed to test this method. The results proved that this method was available for the syntony relia- bility analysis of flexible mechanism.
