摘 要:利用自行研制的连续丝电爆炸喷涂装置,通过改变初始充电电压和金属丝直径在不锈钢管内表面进行钼丝电爆炸喷涂实验,研究不同参数下所得涂层的组织结构和性能.结果表明:初始充电电压和金属丝直径决定了电爆炸时施加在爆炸金属丝上的能量密度,当能量密度大于130J/mm3时,所得涂层呈现层状组织,且随着能量密度的提高,层状组织间距减小,显微硬度增高,涂层的沉积率降低.当能量密度达到367J/mm3时,层状组织消失,涂层致密,涂层显微硬度可达到482HV0.1.分析可知,施加在爆炸金属丝上的能量密度决定爆炸产物的形态、温度和冲击速度,从而影响着涂层特性.By means of varying initial charging voltage and metallic wire diameter,the molybdenum coatings were prepared on inner surface of stainless steel tube by using wire electrical explosion spraying with self-made continuous wire electrical explosion spraying device.The microstructure and property of coating with different parameters were analyzed.The result showed that the initial charging voltage and wire diameter would determine the input energy density on the wire,when energy density was greater than 130 J/mm3,a stratified structure was obtained.With the energy density increasing,the layer interval would reduce,microhardness of coating increase and the deposition rate decrease.When the energy density was 367 J/mm3,the stratified structure disappeared,the coating was densitied and exhibited higher microhardness as 482 HV0.1.It was indicated after analysis that energy density would decide the forms,temperature and impact velocity of the explosion products,so that they would effect the characteristics of coatings.
