摘  要:为研究钢材在低温作用下的力学性能,采用船用CCS-B高强钢激光焊板进行低温力学试验,探讨强度指标随温度的变化规律,得到材料在不同温度下的应力-应变关系.通过试验分析可知:船用CCS-B高强钢及焊缝的屈服强度和极限强度随温度的降低而升高,屈强比也随温度的降低升高,而材料的塑性随温度的降低而降低,焊缝处材料对温度更加敏感.In order to study the mechanical properties of steel at low temperature,low-temperature mechanical test of laser-welded plate of marine CCS-B high-strength steel was carried out,the variation pattern of strength index vs temperature was found,and the stress-strain relations of material at different temperature were obtained.Experimental analysis indicated that the yield strength and ultimate strength of marine CCS-B high-strength steel and weld would increase with the decrease of temperature,the yield ratio would also do so,and the plasticity of the material would decrease with decrease of temperature.The weld material was more sensitive to the temperature.
