摘　　要：在保持问题的研究中,关于不同矩阵模之间的研究是一个热点问题,而上三角块矩阵模到全矩阵模的结果并不多.设R是一个至少含有3个单位的主理想整环,Mmn(R)与Tmn(R)分别是R上全矩阵模及上三角矩阵模,在一定条件下刻画了R上的上三角块矩阵模到全矩阵模的保逆线性算子的具体形式.The preserver problems between different norms of matrices has been one of active research areas. However, the results from one norm of block triangular matrices to another norm of full matrices are not enough. Suppose that is a principal ideal norm with three units at least, let Mmn（R） and Tmn（R） denote the norms of block triangular matrices and full matrices respectively over R. In this paper, we characterize the inverse-preserving linear operators from Mmn（R） to Tmn（R）.
