网络社会视域下大学生政治参与的失范及其治理

摘　　要：在分析大学生网络政治参与中的失范现象及其成因的基础上,提出治理策略:加强网络立法,推进网络依法规范有序运行;普及法制教育,规范大学生上网行为;增强思想政治教育的实效性,坚定大学生的政治信念;借助中国传统文化资源,加强大学生的网络伦理建设;引导网络舆论,实现网络思想政治教育的双向互动。This paper proposed effective governance strategies on the basis of analyzing the reasons of the political participation among college students in anomie. We should strengthen the network legislation to promote the network to run orderly, popularize the legal education to regulate the students＇ online behavior, enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education to staunch the students＇ political beliefs, learn form Chinese traditional cultural resources to strengthen the construction of net- work ethics among college students, guide the public opinion of network to achieve the two-way interaction in ideological and political education.
