摘　　要：南京农业大学生物学领域拔尖创新人才培养通过创新本科生培养理念,改革学生评价机制,建立完善学生选拔考核综合评价办法,输送高质量的研究生生源;搭建良好的科研平台和创造浓厚的学术氛围,为学生提供良好的学习环境;改革研究生课程体系,提高研究生的培养质效;建立适应新培养机制的管理办法和研究生奖助办法,为研究生教育管理提供有效的激励机制,保障研究生的培养质量。Based on the exploration and practice of innovative talent training model with the biological majors at Nanjing Agricultural University, guided by innovative undergraduate training philosophy, and through reforming student assessment mechanism, we have set up a graduate student selection and testing methods, with which a high-quality source of postgraduate candidates is ensured. With a good research platform and ideal academic atmosphere, we have provided a fine environment for postgraduate education. Adapting to the new demand for postgraduate training curriculum system reform, we have improved the quality of graduate training. With an effective incentive mechanism for the management of graduate education adapted to the new culture of management practices, we have further enhanced the quality of talent training.
