摘 要:为了掌握9Ni钢的高温变形规律,在Gleeble 3800热模拟试验机上进行了双道次压缩实验,研究奥氏体的静态再结晶行为。结果表明:9Ni钢的静态再结晶激活能为194kJ/mol,建立了静态再结晶动力学方程,且其模拟结果与实测结果吻合。利用9Ni钢高温变形规律优化热轧工艺,得到的热轧态组织均匀细小,热处理后不仅提高了低温冲击性能,且降低了冲击值散值率。In order to grasp the deformation rules of 9Ni steel at high temperature, especially to study the static recrystal- lization behavior in austenite, double-hit compression test has been done on Gleeble 3800 thermo-simulator. The results show that the activation energy for static recrystallization is 194kJ/mol. The equation for static recrystallization kinetics is established, the simulation result is in accordance with measured result. After optimizing rolling parameters guided by high temperature deformation rules of 9Ni steel,the rolling microstructure is refined and homogeneous, low temperature impact property has been increased and the radio of unqualified impact values has been decreased after heat treatment.
