摘　　要：在界定政府信息内涵的基础上,就政府可公开的信息、有条件公开的信息和不能公开的涉密信息分别进行分析,并结合案例具体分析不同类别的涉密信息:国家秘密、工作秘密、会议纪要、个人隐私以及涉及公开后危害公共安全、经济秩序和社会稳定的信息,探讨政府信息公开分类管理的必要性,提出分类管理制度的完善策略。Based on an analysis of the connotation and the denotation of government informa- tion, the present article discussed three kinds of government information, including publicly a- vailable information, conditional disclosure information and confidential information Which can- not be disclosed. Combined with some cases, it analyzed different types of confidential informa- tion, including secret information of the state, information during the work, minutes, personal privacy and the other sensitive information which will endanger public safety, economic order and social stability once disclosed. It also elaborated on the necessity of classified management and proposed a strategy for the improvement of the classified management system.
