草果多糖的含量测定

摘　　要：目的:为了充分利用草果资源,减少资源浪费,研究草果多糖含量的测定。方法:利用热水浸泡充分提取草果多糖,并用Sevag法脱蛋白法将其提纯,然后进行草果多糖含量的测定。结果:样品多糖的含量测得为0.312%,回收率为97.14%,RSD=0.827%(n=5)。结论:广西贵港草果中含有一定的多糖,且该方法操作简便,准确,可靠,可作为检验草果多糖含量的较好方法。Objective： In order to make full use of the resources of Amomum tsao-koto, and reduce the waste of resources, it is necessary to study the content of polysaccharides of it. Methods： With hot water to get the polysaccharides of mahonia, and do the further preliminary purification of polysaccharides in Amomum tsao-koto, also by the method of phenol-sulfuric acid to measure the polysaccharides content of it. Results： The sample was measured the content of polysaccharide was 2. 5506%, the recovery rate was 97.14%, RSD =0. 827% （n = 5）. Conclusion： Amomum tsao-ko contains a certain polysaccha- ride. This method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the determination of polysaccha- ride in Amomum tsao-koto.
