摘  要:目的:为了充分利用草果资源,减少资源浪费,研究草果多糖含量的测定。方法:利用热水浸泡充分提取草果多糖,并用Sevag法脱蛋白法将其提纯,然后进行草果多糖含量的测定。结果:样品多糖的含量测得为0.312%,回收率为97.14%,RSD=0.827%(n=5)。结论:广西贵港草果中含有一定的多糖,且该方法操作简便,准确,可靠,可作为检验草果多糖含量的较好方法。Objective: In order to make full use of the resources of Amomum tsao-koto, and reduce the waste of resources, it is necessary to study the content of polysaccharides of it. Methods: With hot water to get the polysaccharides of mahonia, and do the further preliminary purification of polysaccharides in Amomum tsao-koto, also by the method of phenol-sulfuric acid to measure the polysaccharides content of it. Results: The sample was measured the content of polysaccharide was 2. 5506%, the recovery rate was 97.14%, RSD =0. 827% (n = 5). Conclusion: Amomum tsao-ko contains a certain polysaccha- ride. This method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the determination of polysaccha- ride in Amomum tsao-koto.
