核桃青皮复配营养液对设施草莓的杀螨及营养效果

摘　　要：为研究不同方法提取的核桃（Juglans regia）青皮提取物及其石油醚提取物添加尿素、硫酸锌、磷酸二氢钾复配营养液对温室草莓朱砂叶螨（Tetranychus cinnabarinus）的防治效果和草莓植株生长的影响,采用随机区组方法,调查统计草莓植株受螨害株数和螨害级数,比较不同处理草莓植株叶面积大小.结果表明：喷施核桃青皮原浆滤液和石油醚提取物的处理对朱砂叶螨的防效最好,但对植株生长不利;喷施乙醇提取物的处理对朱砂叶螨防效不稳定;核桃青皮石油醚粗提物复配营养液为最适复合配方,处理56 d后,螨害的防效在71.67％～93.33％,螨害指数低于6％;喷施核桃青皮石油醚提取物复配营养液的植株叶面积大于喷施匀浆过滤液和石油醚提取物的叶面积,说明核桃青皮石油醚提取物复配营养液对草莓植株有很好的营养效果.The mortality of crude extracts from Juglans regia by different methods and nutrient solution of petroleum ether extract against Tetranychus cinnabarinus, and their effects on strawberry growth were studied by randomized block de- sign. The number of acarid infected plant, the damage level and the leaf area of strawberry were surveyed. The results showed that the homogenate and petroleum ether green husk extracts were the most effective against T. cinnabarinus, how- ever, it was unfavorable for strawberry growth. The control effect of ethanol extracts against T. cinnabarinus fluctuated. The nutrient solution of petroleum ether extracts from J. regia was best both for acarid control and strawberry growth, with the efficacy being 71.67% -93.33% , the acarid damage index below 6% after the treatment for 56 d, and larger leaf area of strawberry.
