湖北省分散小规模养殖户安全养殖行为及规范的调查分析

摘　　要：利用湖北省的调查数据分析了分散小规模养殖户安全养殖行为及规范措施。结果表明,在分散的小规模养殖户中,存在饲料选择行为具有利益最大化、盲目性和跟随性,药品的添加和使用具有随意性和风险性,"人药兽用"和违规使用或超量使用药品、添加剂等不安全养殖行为,提出应严格饲料生产企业准入门槛,加强健康养殖教育和培训,用法律法规手段规范养殖行为,加强信息建设等政策建议。The types and scales of livestock, poultry and fish, the feed sources, the veterinary drug use, the farm- ers＇ cognition of production safety and the goverment＇ s supervision were investigated in 232 scattered and small-scale farm- ers in Hubei province. Some issues were pointed out, such as benefit-maximized and blind feed choice, arbitrary and risky drug use including drug over-dose or administering human drug for veterinary diseases, and over-dose additives. Therefore, it was suggested that high barriers to entry for production enterprises should be set, educations and training on healtly breeding should be offered, the breeding behavior should be regulated by law and rules.
