摘  要:针状焦的应用极其广泛,主要应用在炭材料方面。针状焦的性质好坏取决于原料的组成,因此原料的性质对针状焦的合成有重要的影响。以FCC油浆与煤沥青为原料,经共炭化制备针状焦,考察了共炭化条件以及不同原料比例对针状焦的影响。结果表明,利用FCC油浆与煤沥青按适当比例和焦化条件共炭化之后的原料制备的针状焦具有发达的纤维结构、优异的双电层和电容特性。The property of raw material has great effect on manufacture of needle cokes. The FCC slurry and coal tar pitch were used as basic raw materials, and the experiment has been carried out to investigate the effect of co-carbonization condition and the ratio of different material on the property of needle cokes. The result shows that the needle coke prepared by co-carbonization with FCC slurry and coal tar pitch of certain ratio in certain coking condition exhibit very good fibriform structure, excellent double electrode layer and capacitance property.
